Susan Bainbridge holds a doctorate in distance education specialising in online learning and technology-enhanced learning. She is also a novelist, researcher, and consultant.

Susan has travelled extensively during the past 30 years, while living as an expat in various locations in Asia and the Middle East. She loves nothing better than discovering and exploring an artist quarter in a new city or town.

Susan feels that a life without art and books would be a dull existence. She has recently fallen in love with David Brooks’ paintings, but alas! Not his taste in music.
